All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we always work to ship your order as quickly as possible.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another email with tracking details when your package ships.

2. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days across most parts of Canada. Delivery time may vary depending on your location, weather, or courier delays.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Express Shipping (where available): 1–3 business days

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, delivery method, and total order weight.

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our homepage or product pages.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package’s journey. You can check your order status anytime using this link.

7. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact our team within 48 hours of delivery at support@shop.acetkd.ca.
Please include your order number and a clear photo of the packaging or damaged item. We’ll review the issue promptly and arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Return Policy.

8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
