At Ace Taekwondo Shop, we want you to shop with confidence. If your gear doesn’t fit right or you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’ll help you find the best solution.
Our refund and return process is simple, transparent, and customer-friendly.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date.
To qualify, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in their original condition
- Packed in the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the order receipt or proof of purchase
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:
- Used or damaged products
- Clearance or discounted items
- Customised gear (e.g., name-printed or modified uniforms)
2. How to Request a Return
To start a return or exchange, please contact our support team at support@shop.acetkd.ca with the following details:
- Your order number
- The product you wish to return
- The reason for return (optional but helpful)
Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the return address.Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size or colour, we’ll gladly exchange it once your original item is received.
We recommend checking our size chart before placing a new order to ensure the perfect fit.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@shop.acetkd.ca.
Please include a clear photo of the issue and your order number — our team will replace the item at no extra cost.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been shipped.
Once shipped, standard return procedures apply.
